    Hourly Pricing

    Behind the scenes, we use an hourly pricing structure to determine each providers prices within our service menu.

    Schedule Freedom

    Curate a schedule that works best for you, your clients, and your circadian rhythm.

    No time-off requests. No required make-up days. Zero bartering with management or competing with coworkers for days off.

    WFLYH is open Tuesday through Sunday, with flexible scheduling available from 8am to 10pm.

    48% Commission

    Every commission based W2 employee is paid 48% commission of service sales.

    No sliding scale commissions, ever.

    No unethical “backbar fees”

    All meetings + trainings are paid, in addition to commission earnings, at the current minimum wage rate.

    401k + 3% Match

    We’ll contribute an amount equal to 3% of your paycheck to your 401k retirement account when you contribute at least 3% yourself.

    In other words… Free money for future you.

    Profit Sharing

    Profit sharing is like getting a slice of the salon’s success pie → when the salon makes money, you get a tasty bonus.

    The 2-year vesting schedule means you gotta stick around for two years to grab your whole slice. Leave early, and you only take a bite of what’s yours.

    Mentorship

    Franky spends 30 minutes one-on-one with each team member every 3 weeks.

    creating real moments for growth and learning

    In-Salon Education

    Twice a month, we host classes right here at WFLYH. Held on Monday afternoons, these sessions dive into a rotating lineup of topics:
