I have been getting my hair bleached for 18 years and I can say with confidence that Franky is the best bleach & tone artist I have been to. She cares about your hair’s health and helps you get platinum without sacrificing your hair quality. No breakage, no burns, no lifting scalp for two weeks after your appt, no sticking you under a dryer to make your bleach develop faster. She is extremely knowledgable and has a lot of experience. In addition to amazing hair skills she has amazing people skills! Getting your hair done with Franky is like going to therapy. She is inclusive and her salon is a safe space for everyone. - Mary

Well, I'm spending a lot of time with the dictionary and thesaurus looking for a stronger word than AMAZING! If the world had more people like them we would all be so much happier. First, I loved the entire experience in getting a whole new look. When people have a passion for what the do they will always come up with something incredible and fabulous! What they had for me has (almost) left me speechless. The extension they fitted me with is incredible! I can't believe how much I love it! It's perfect and I'm not exaggerating.
