There is so much invisible labor that goes into running a small business. The kind of work people don’t see. The late nights, the constant problem solving, the emotional weight of wanting to build something that actually feels different and better for the people inside of it.

When I first started this, a lot of people told me the idea was unrealistic. That you couldn’t run a salon this way. That I was too weird, too extra, and that the industry just doesn’t work like that.

And yet here we are.

Winning Best Hair Salon means a lot, but what means even more is how we got here. You showed up for us. You voted for us. You believed in what we’re building.
