We are so very grateful that Belanah was available and turned out to be the very best fit personality wise and could understand completely what was needed and being visualized & made it real. Belanah truly made all of us feel like we were seen, heard and definitely welcome, especially since we were there as moral support and to enjoy the transformation too, it was really nice to feel like we all mattered and that it was totally a safe space for all!

The process was great! It was so easy to set up a consultation, & then to get it done exactly as discussed the very next time.. was the best experience and yet hardest to exactly describe, since it was all like a dream that came to life.

From beginning to end it was as suggested, a 4 hour appointment on the dot. But I am not at all complaining.. None of us have one single thing to complain about. There was music in the background, a very beautiful and beloved shop Dog that you would think is actually the owner (checking on everyone constantly), but the owner was also there and was Extremely pleasant offering snacks+ and even a tv to play video games while we waited.

The Salon is immaculate. Clean, welcoming and has also lots of personality like the stylists and clients.
And it helps that parking was also always easy to find, as there was tons of spaces on the street in front of the building and on the block just around the corner.

We will Absolutely keep seeing Belanah for all hair needs and will not bother going anywhere else!!!

Leah went above and beyond while booking my appointment. Amazing customer service. I’'ve been salon hopping for a couple years and I finally found my home. I showed Leah a couple of references and she asked follow up questions to make sure we were on the same page (she did the same throughout my entire haircut). She also gave me instructions on haircare and stying techniques. I left with a haircut that I love and I can't wait to come back.

Well, I'm spending a lot of time with the dictionary and thesaurus looking for a stronger word than AMAZING! Franky and Enrique are beyond comparison. If the world had more people like them we would all be so much happier. First, I loved the entire experience in getting a whole new look. When people have a passion for what the do they will always come up with something incredible and fabulous! What they had for me has (almost) left me speechless. The extension they fitted me with is incredible! I can't believe how much I love it! It's perfect and I'm not exaggerating. I'm likely to spend the rest of the evening admiring their brilliant work in the mirror. This was truly one of the best experiences of any kind that I've had in such. A long time. Thank you, Franky.
