  • Request an Appointment lets you share information and photos with your stylist to determine the recommended service.

    Book Now allows immediate scheduling without confirmation, typically for return clients, blowouts, haircuts or consultations.

  • We understand this new way of doing things can feel awkward, but we promise we don’t secretly want you to leave a tip.

    In lieu of gratuity please send us your friends and share your experience with us by writing a review!

  • Absolutely! Our gratuity free pricing structure isn’t based on age or gender.

    If you're thinking, "Holy shit thats expensive for a kids cut!" Yes, it is. Cutting a moving target requires a gentle touch, empathy, and patience.

  • We give a booking recommendation based on your hair goals BEFORE you book an appointment. If we go over that time, that’s on us. ✌️

  • To book an appointment, a card must be registered on our booking software. However, after service completion, payments can be made with cash, card, or tap.

    For cash payments, please bring exact change.

  • We do not accept appointment bookings over the phone. All appointments must be booked online.

    Please register on our booking platform to gain access to book appointments.

    Don’t forget to save your password, you’ll need it for checkout after your service!

  • For Haircut + Most Hair Color clients, please arrive with clean, dry hair that is detangled and styled as you typically wear it.

    For services involving Bleach on the scalp, avoid washing your hair within 48 hours before your appointment.

  • WFLYH asks for at least FORTY-EIGHT (48) hours’ notice if you need to cancel or change an appointment.

    Cancellations between 48-24 hour's notice = 50% cancellation fee of services booked rendered to the card on file

    Cancellations with 24 hours' or less notice = 100% cancellation fee of services booked rendered to the card on file

    No Show = 100% cancellation fee of services booked rendered to the card on file. If the card on file cannot be processed, the fee will need to be paid before any future services can be booked.

    Illness = If you are sick, please stay home! Contact us via text for next steps.

  • To cancel or reschedule appointments before 48 hours, sign into your account wflyh.aurasalonware.com.

    For cancellations with less than 48 hours notice please reach out to us via text for next steps.

  • Metered parking is available on Chicago Avenue. We recommend using the Park Chicago app for extending meter time. Free parking is also available on nearby side streets.

  • Don’t stress, we’ve all been there! Please Reach out to your stylist via text ASAP and provide an estimated time of arrival.

    Important note: Service pricing is based on time. The clock starts when the appointment reservation begins (not when you arrive).

  • We carry a small collection of K18, Olaplex, INSIGHT professional, Hairstory, Eleven Australia and Cult + King products for sale inside of our salon.

  • We do not currently offer cold styling like braiding or wig installation, relaxers, perms, keratin, or smoothing treatments.

  • WFLYH takes your hair service seriously. If you find you are not 100% satisfied, we will be more than happy to make adjustments to your hair within 7 days of your appointment. Please reach out to us to set up a follow up appointment.

    Important Note: If you prefer to see a different stylist, have done any treatments to your own hair, or have visited another salon after 7 days from the initial service, full-service charges will apply for any adjustments. All sales are final.
